| | Out and Back along Canal again from my house. Temp was awesome but a little windy. Ran a little early for me this morning because I am traveling to nyc and florida this week. It was fun to run in the dark though. Have not done that in awhile. Running is fun again. Did a progessive run. First mile was really just trying to wake up. 9:06, 8:12, 8:02, 7:52, 7:47, :32 (7:15AP). 8:12AP

| | In NYC on business. My hotel is near Chelsea Piers. So I headed out and back on West Street and ran to Pier A in Battery Park to see the Statue of Liberty, Freedom Tower, Finacial District. Really pretty day here in the city. So many cool things to see. I saw a nyc traffic cop pull a lady over just before West St/Murray St. intersection. I don't think I have ever seen a cop pull someone over in the City so I guess it happens. I am sure she got off with a warning right? Very easy miles the whole time. 8:30AP

Another Saturday in the books. Major winds this morning. Other than the wind, it was a very nice morning. Saw my buddy Ben M. out on Canal while I was out. He ran a 1/2 mile during my route and then moved on. Easy miles the whole time. Good miles logged. Felt like I kept it at 8 minute pace the whole time but the wind definitely hindered that. 8:19AP
Walked 2 miles with my mom after my run. Fun to have her here and talk to her about life. MIH

| | Out and back again on Canal from my house. Had a good window with the weather this morning. Patches of strong head and cross winds but overall decent. Always love no shirt days. Pretty amazing this late in November. I had several people laugh when I ran by and just looked at me as if I am crazy. Legs were very responsive and stamina is coming back just fine. 8:09AP

Had a fun date night with Ang at the Jazz game last night. Are some cupbop and a peanut butter cup shake from Iceberg. Not the right food to eat for sure but we had a very enjoyable date and that was fun. Hung with my parents for a little bit and then went to bed. Got plenty of sleep though. So I woke up feeling pretty refreshed.
Dad decided not to run with me today so did a solo effort. Canal and back to PR into Draper Park down Fort up 132nd to13th East which takes me back to PR and then turned off onto Boulter which leads back to Canal and the street next to my house. Splits were decent. Last 3 miles the wind was brutal. It was brutal the whole run. My dad met me at just past 6 miles to give me a sip of water and take my shirt. It was hot today even with the 25 mph winds. Glad to log some more miles again today. Enjoying the journey
