AM:  Really cold morning again here in NYC.  Was able to get out and do a small run.  Stiff and cold the entire way.  Big artic blast through the city the past two day.  Didn't pack enough running clothes.  Was 2 degrees yesterday.  Felt a little tight but overall easy miles through Central Park.  Always enjoy seeing everyone out and about in Central Park. 8:30AP

Jealous man. Dream of mine to run in central park. Maybe we should hit up the NYC marathon in couple of years?
