AM: Solo Effort out and back again on Canal. Unreal awesome weather. no watch.
AM2: Skied with Ken Sonnenberg at PCMR mid-morning to mid-afternoon. Solid 3 hours. Legs felt good.
PM: Cirucit workout core and chest. Tired now.
