I am extremely sore from leg day and it hurts to do anything.

1 in 8:30 then did William's last 800 meters of his mile on the track in 2:40. He did 5:23 for the mile. I was already extremely sore and it hurt to go easy pace. The fast 800 wasn't to hard on my legs but it destroyed my lungs. Walked/jogged home. Could barely run because of lung pain. Did one more in 9:07. All day my legs and lungs hurt.

7:54. I worked 10 hours and had homework so I was exhausted. I want to run more but I need energy for school.

6 with William after school. We did it around 8:15 pace. We did a half mile pickup up hill in 3:01. My lungs still hurt. Did 2 more with the girls, 9:56 and 8:59.

At night did 3 with William in 24:31.

Did 1.75 in 10:34. Did a 94 even though I was trying to kick so I just stopped. My lungs get very tight in the cold. Did the rest at around 8:05 pace. At 10:30 I did 3 with William in about 24:30.

Went to Tim's gym with William in the morning, we did legs. At 4 I ran 6 with William in 47:00. I felt super good today and had too much energy.
