Did one in around 8:00 then attempted to do 2 but instead I struggled to do one in 6:00. Ran 2 more in around 16:30. After school I ran 2.5 in 19:50 with William, then did chest with Tim and William at the gym.
1 mile warmup then did 2 in 11:54! William helped me at the end. I kicked in 84. The last 3 were in 26:34. 2 hours later I did a 45 min workout for legs.
