8:20. Did this after work. It felt easier than before on this kind of day, lungs hurt a bit though. I need to meal prep so I don't go hungry and warm up better.

1 mile with Gideon! I am so proud of him that he did his first mile only stopping twice! He did 4:20 and 4:42! I did one more in 8:16. I am grateful for my health and for still having energy after working 10 hours.

17:42. It is seriously hard to make myself go slower. My whole running life I have done my easy runs too fast. Hopefully if I train at a slower pace, I will get faster without burning out.

17:21. First mile was 9:00, I took a 4 min break after the first half mile. I just love running so much. I am extremely grateful I get to run.

1 in 8:57. Then did a half in parts at around 8:40 pace. Then half mile up the hill in 3:33, and last half back in 4:37.
