Ran with William. Mile warmup in 9:20, then did 3x2000. 7:28 down, 8:08 up, 7:26 down. We did more of a half mile recovery and walked around too. I was surprised that the last was better, I felt more warmed up. I think I have not been mentally warmed up for workouts lately, and I go slower than I should. We did 3 in 25:30.
