22:59. Last half was 2:58! I am improving so much, having way faster recoveries, and loads of energy. I think next week I will do 4 a day.

15:37. Made the mistake of not running first thing in the morning and ran out of motivation to do 3 miles.

22:41. Last half was 2:58. It was very hard getting out of the door because I had little motivation but it turned out to be a pleasant run.
Didn't run since I had to do dance class for nearly 5 hrs.
