Super tired all day, I had some energy later in the day but my parents would not allow me to run in the dark. I think I am tired because of hormones. Since I seem to only get this tired once a month.
16:22. Still fatigued, my legs felt heavy. I also ran less because I have dance later.
48:56. It was the hardest run I have ever done by myself. Super tired, I am wondering if I am iron deficient because I have been really tired lately.
