The winter series half Marathon got canceled which I am very happy about because I didn't do well today. 1 mile warmup then 7.5 mile workout in 51:43. Then 1.5 home. The first mile in the workout was 6:25 and 22:58 for 2.5. We did 2.5 down, 2 up, then 2 down. After 2.5 it was windy. My lungs tightened up and I couldn't breathe. It didn't feel like normal fatigued lungs, I just couldn't breathe in because they were so restricted and tight. My right quad is still not the best.
