The track is buried in snow, so did 8 quarter miles with 1:00 recovery at home. Went back and forth, the first being downhill, the next being uphill: 76, 84, 81, 88, 82, 91, 82, 86.
I felt very strong, the high altitude made it hard (I am at 5,300').
A little while after did 3 in 23:23, the last downhill quarter was 79. I felt better than all week. I think it helped that I didn't work and was very lazy all day. Also I am not really stressed anymore.
