For 2 miles did 200 meters with a 100 meter 30 second recovery. Averaged around 43-44, the last was 39. It felt pretty easy. After 3.5 miles I did a mile in 5:56. 2.5 easy miles after that in around 8:40 pace. I felt very good finally.
Had lots of school this week that I am failing to get done, it made me very stressed. I should put school first, so I am not panicking from stress when I run.
