8.5 hours of sleep. Did 8 in 1:03:04. My heart rate is still around 175 at easy pace. Going at 80-88% max heart rate is probably not the best for me. The runs don't feel that hard. It is difficult to know what "easy" or "hard" really feels like though because I have a higher pain tolerance. Maybe my post-run fatigue is a sign that it is still too much.
