8.5 hours of sleep. 3 in 25:22, then 4 hours later did 3 in around 25:30. I don't know the exact distance or time for the last 3 because there was a herd of deer in the way. I would have ran more but my joints were done after no sitting down today. Not doing a midweek workout was a good choice I think. I haven't had fatigue for 3 days!
