1 in 7:49, then did 4x400 in my neighborhood going down then up hill. 73, 86, 79, 85.
Still recovering a bit so it wasn't the best, but it benefited me a lot mentally. Did 4 more in 32:56 a couple hours later. Went to dance class for the first time in 3 weeks. I surprisingly had some energy but didn't push myself. I will probably be sore.
