1:01:47. Today's run was interesting. I felt like I was having a slight panic attack the whole time. We did go pretty fast, but I shouldn't be struggling. I think I am getting panicked because I am struggling physically. I only felt panicked when I couldn't breathe. This pace was too fast. I could improve mentally though. College is very hard right now, and I don't have as much time to help others. I am focusing on myself too much and need to stop worrying all the time.
