26:52. Stopped for about 5 min then did the last half in 2:50. 1:24, 1:26. Afterwards my lungs hurt a lot and they still do. 
I am not even sure if I should have been running outside this week because the AQI has been over 100.
I guess the plus side is that because the smoke was so thick that I was shaded from the sun even with no clouds! 
And I am not sure if my lungs just hurt because I haven't ran any fast half miles lately or if the smoke is actually damaging my lungs, which I think it probably does. Especially when I ran in an AQI at 160 a couple days ago.
