Ran to the track during a 2 mile warm up. Then did 6 laps with a 100 meter stride on the backstretch of each. Cooled down about a mile. Got up pretty close to a sprint in the middle two again. Also walked about a mile and a half. I'd really like to run 1000 miles next year. This year I'll probably only get to 500 again... hopefully I'll be running 80-100 miles per month by the end of the year though. I should be around 60-70 next month and we'll see where things go from there. |
