Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
4.4 miles in 30 minutes, averaged 6:50. Felt equally hard to averaging 7:27 for 30 minutes on saturday. Next run will be easy and however long feels good, anywhere between 2 and 6 miles.
Ended up running a good deal faster than I intended to. My lungs still feel a little roughed up. Ran a mile in 5:32 and two quarter miles, one at goal mile pace and the other at goal 5k pace.
