Well, I just realized that somewhere on the blog I got a week off, because I put last weeks runs two weeks ago. Anyway, everything is on the proper day now.
I did a fun fartlek workout with Jake B this morning. we did 6 sets of 2min hard, 1 minute easy, 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy. I honestly really enjoyed it, and enjoyed getting up early to go run with Jake, I'm glad I have such a close friend in him, and for the bond that running and exercise has been for us. Also, if he ends up doing the triathlon this year, I'm totally gonna win ;)
