10 minute tempo run, followed by 4x800m repeats. The 800s were 2:30, 2:30, 2:29, then 2:24. Or something close to that.
Last minute evening treadmill run, followed by some core
Tough workout today, 3x1mile repeats (I was about 5:30-31 each one) then and 800 (2:29) then a 400 (64). It felt good, I was proud of my effort. I think the 800 could have been faster, but I got stuck behind a couple of guys, but that's all good.
