Nice tempo run today. I did 3 miles in 17:45, so I believe that's a 5:55 average. It was tought to convince myself to do this tempo run, I was kinda close to just doing a 3 mile run or something like that, but I'm glad that I did this. I need to get out of the habit of sometimes being a little bit lazy with things and just become a better worker. Glad I can still get out and run even with school being busy.
