Kinda guessing on the slow vs fast miles there. I did a fartlek workout of 10:5:4:3:2:1. It was a really good push, nice to go fast and just hold a decent pace for a sustained time. I'm not training for anything in particular right now, but as basketball legend Creamy Biggums says, "I stay ready so I ain't never have to get ready. " Those are words to live by.
