Fun 6 mile run down a little further than I've been on the trail. Came across a bathroom, thank heavens. On the way back I did a two mile tempo run, it was a ton of fun to get going fast again. It wasn't two crazy, the first mile was 6.11, the next one 6.05. I really need to find a race or something to train for.
