| I don't know if I've documented it here, but I've been having some right foot pain, on the outside edge... nothing too crazy, I just hope it doesn't turn into something worse. I've been trying to massage it out and all of that good stuff.

| Nice long bike ride, did a kinda fun loop, although there was some unexpected construction that took away my bike lane for an uncomfortable amount of time, and also just a stretch were you couln't get any speed really. Still fun to do a big loop though
