I walked 1 mile to the gym before lifting arms, shoulders, abs, and neck. Next I walked 0.25 miles on the treadmill before running 3 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 6.2. I cooled down by walking 0.25 miles on the treadmill and then walked 1 mile back home. Total distance was 5.5 miles.

I walked 1 mile to the gym before cycling for 20 minutes at a resistance of 6 and 95+ rpm. Next I walked 0.25 miles on a treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 2 miles on the treadmill at a pace of 5.4 to 6.0, before walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down. Total treadmill distance was 2.5 miles. I then lifted my legs before walking 1 mile back home. Total overall distance was 4.5 miles.

Sleep: 3:55 am to 9:40 am (I went to bed earlier, but my hand was burning from pepper exposure from cooking earlier).

Sleep: 1:40 am to 8:40 am (but I woke up several times throughout the night that equaled 15 minutes. I also went to bed at 12:45 am, but I couldn't sleep), so roughly 6.75 total hours of sleep.

I lifted chest, back, abs, and neck at the gym, then I walked on the revolving stair-climber machine for about 10 minutes. Next I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up on a treadmill before running 3 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 7.2 before walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down.
