I walked 7.5 miles around sugarhouse SLC.

I lifted shoulders and arms, then I ran 2 miles on a treadmill at a rate of 5.4 - 5.7. I also walked 0.5 miles on the treadmill for a warm-up and cool-down. My right calf felt fine, but was still a little sore from lifting it last week. Total distance was 2.5 miles.

I walked 6 miles on the city creek trail in SLC.

I walked 0.25 miles on a treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 2 miles at a rate of 5.4 to 5.8, then I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down. (Total distance was 2.5 miles). Next, I cycled on a stationary upright cycle for 8 minutes at a resistance setting of 4 and an rpm of 90+. Then I lifted my legs and neck.
