On Capital High School's track I walked 1 mile as a warm-up, then I jogged 2.25 miles at a pace of 10:30/mile, then I walked 0.75 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4 miles.
I walked 5 miles on the greenbelt. Part of the paved path near the parking lot was flooded, as the river was near peak flow.
