I walked 4.0 miles around ISU.

I cycled for 30 minutes on a stationary bike at ISU. My rpm's were 95-110, and my resistance was 5-6 for most of the first 25 minutes. The last 5 minutes my resistance was 4.

Sleep: 3:15 am to 8:15 am

I jogged 3.0 miles on an ISU treadmill at a rate between 5.6 to 6.6. Most of the jog my rate was about 6.0 to 6.2, and my total time was 29:30. My left calf (lateral area) felt extremely sensitive/tight, and I felt minor sensitivity in my right knee during the first two-thirds of the jog. I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up.
