Sleep: 10:15 pm to 7:00 am, then 10:00 am to 10:30 am, then 11:00 am to 11:30 am I jogged outside what Reuud's Garmin said was 3.0 miles. I probably would have called it 2.25 to 2.5 miles. My left calf is still tender from last week's 4.0 mile jog on the ISU treadmill. I also hiked probably 0.5 miles up to the pillars and back. |
