Good job! I normally don't use a treadmill, but I was at the gym the other day and did 20 minutes, walking. Pretty good workout when the incline increases!
I noticed that one of your short-term running goals is to decrease stress! Exercise is the way to do it!! My running partner and I swear that running is the best and cheapest therapy ever!!
