On my treadmill, I walked 2 miles at a moderate incline as a warm-up, then I jogged 5 miles at a rate of 4.8 to 6.0, then I walked 0.75 miles as a cool-down. During my jog, my legs felt good until about 4.5 miles, then fatigue set in. The treadmill said that I burned 1100 calories. Total distance was 7.75 miles. |
