I walked 1.5 miles at my old high school track, then I drove to CHS track and walked 0.5 miles as a warm-up. Next, I jogged 3.5 miles at a rate of 10:30/mile, then I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down. I would have jogged 4 miles, but the sprinklers came on and cut my run short. As I walked a single lap during my cool-down, I noticed some stiffness/tenderness in my left calf. I will have to monitor that in the future. Total distance was 5.75 miles. |
