11 at 7:01 pace, then 1 mile cooldown. We are going to do an 11 mile run next week at camp so, just wanted to make sure I could do it, even though next weeks run will be at a much higher elevation.
The plan today was 5 easy since I was pretty sore from yesterday. I did the first 5 on the treadmill really easy, so far so good. But then I decided to run over to my grandparents house to help move their stuff to the dumpster we rented, anyways it ended up being 3.42 and I ran it at 6:10 pace.
