A.M.: Six miles at a 6:53 pace with a 1.0 incline. P.M.: Four miles on the t-mill at a 6:53 pace with a 1.5 incline. Also went to the doctor today and had my wrist x-rayed and it looks like i have a chipped bone in my wrist. So they told me to keep a brace on my wist and go back in two weeks. Have a great day!
