Good run this morning. I was able to meet my goal this morning. I ran a mile warm up and a mile cool down and eight miles between 6:45 to 7:05 and my goal was between 7:00 - 7:05. I am really surprised how well my legs are doing right now and that is a very good thing. No running this afternoon. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)

I had a good run this morning with Kory. My overall distance was 10.75 at a 6:49 pace. I started out too fast and i paid for at the end of my run. Which is good for me to learn again, because i usually start out to fast when racing. Not much planned for today nap, rest and a movie. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)
