Kory, i was thinking about 5:00am to 5:30am tomorrow and i am going to run 15 miles on the Pocatello marathon course. But i received a phone call last night from Rachelle saying that you were not going to run with me Friday.

Sam, i am glad to hear that you were able to run. Do not loose hope, because you will be back to running and you will gain back what little you have lost, very fast. Just remember that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If maybe we could go at 6:00 I could do it.

I could do that. Just let me know. :)
