Morning: I had a very hard time sleeping last night. I am not
sure why, but at 2:00 A.M. I took a
nice hot shower and with lots of prayer I was able to go to sleep. I am really
surprised how much my inhaler helps me out, I really love using it in the
middle of my run. Because I feel like I just started my run. I ran seven miles
at a 7:45 pace with a 0.5 incline. I
do need some help! I am having a really hard time wanting to work on my core
muscles. Any suggestions? Thanks and have a great day!
Evening: Ran another seven mile at a 8:10 pace with a 0.5 incline. Plus, i was able to get myself to do around 200 sit-ups!
Ran seven miles with a 0.5 incline at a 7:50 pace. Nice easy run. Not much going on today. I did 200 sit-ups yesterday and it felt really good. I am going to try to do at least 200 a day or more if possible. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!
Ran a little faster today. The Gym opened late and i did not wanted to miss out on any of my early morning nap, so i ran a little faster. My overall pace was 7:28 with a 0.5 incline. I am really starting to feel a difference with my sit-ups, why i am glad you asked. I am having a harder time doing them and my stomach muscles are feeling stronger. Anyway, back to work and have a great day!! :)
Morning: I think my legs were soar today because of running yesterday faster than i am use too. But i did it and i am now done with the morning run. I will be running this after noon so i can have some what of a long day of running. My pace was a 7:53 at a 0.5 incline. Not much else to say, but have a great Friday morning.
Afternoon: Nice easy run! My pace was 8:16 with a 0.5 incline. I will do my 200 sit-ups later. Have a great day!!
