Ran a little faster today. The Gym opened late and i did not wanted to miss out on any of my early morning nap, so i ran a little faster. My overall pace was 7:28 with a 0.5 incline. I am really starting to feel a difference with my sit-ups, why i am glad you asked. I am having a harder time doing them and my stomach muscles are feeling stronger.
