WOW, the weather this morning was awesome! The temperature was around 49 degrees with little wind. I ran 9.30 miles and three of my miles were 6:02, 6:15 and 5:56. and my overall pace was 6:50. So no running this afternoon. Now for tomorrow run i will be running fourteen to fifteen miles. Depending on the route that i will be taking. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)
