Morning:  I had a good run this morning. My plan was to only run seven miles, but then that changed to eight then nine. I had to stop at nine because i was going to be late for church and i did not what that. I think my pace was around 7:40 and i started the incline at 1.0 and ended at 2.0. I am feeling a lot better about adding more of the incline than i did before. Thanks for reading.

Afternoon: Ran right after church five miles. My total mileage goal for today was fourteen, so i ran my five to finish off the day. My pace was 7:30 and i ended around 2.0 incline. Anyway, not much planed for the week I think i would like to run a total of 80 to 82 miles. And Saturday i am thinking about running 18 to 20 miles, depending on how i feel. Also, i might be running with Kory and Bill on Saturday from the blog. Well time for my nap now, so have a great day!

Your miles are insane! Holy Cow! You are just smokin' the rest of us :) Is Ogden your next race?

Well, thank you very much! My next race is April 18, Salt Lake 1/2 Marathon. I have been wanting to tell you that for Ogden that there is a lot of down hill on the 1/2 marathon course and if you are not use to it your legs will be really soar after the race. Also, what day is your race in march? With all the running you have been doing, i know you will kick butt. Talk to you later.

I have a 1/2 March 28th in Riverton and a 10k in April. I want to race every month for the year. I do run hills everyday. There are hills everywhere around here. Now that the snow has melted, for the most part, in the canyon, I can focus part of my long runs there to make sure to adapt my legs a bit. I am a bit worried about the Riverton 1/2 as it is very hilly. I think I will make sure that my speed work uses downhill to help with the racing. I think all of my races are down hill, except Riverton. Yikes ;)
