I had a good run this morning. I started at the half point and Kory started at the full point. I sure was sore from my run yesterday, but that is okay with me. My pace was 7:12. I was given some bad news yesterday. :(. My hours at work has been cut to 20 hours per week and that is not good on the paycheck. But i know that God is in control and i will give this problem over to him. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Good idea, I also am struggling with some very tough work related issues. I turn it outward into the running. I hope you can do the same if you want. Will have you in my family's prayer tonight.

Steve thanks, that means a lot to me. If anyone can help, God can! I am looking for another job, or to win the lottery :). How is thing going for you?

Barry, Lets just say I'm a little dissapointed with some people lately. I keep thinking they will do the right thing. But then again after some prayer and reflection I had this prompting that told me perhaps I expect too much of people. After all we are only human and with everything being stressed to the max with the economy etc. I don't know anymore.. On a more positive note I think that even though change is initially painful it will ultimately bring us through another door.

Steve, i am sorry to hear about the disappointment going on in you life. But look at it like an opportunity for you to learn something from it. Remember the glass is half full and try not to let it get you down. Things that happen in our lives happen for a reason and we may not learn the reason why now, but just know that God can make something good come from it.
