Good run this morning. My overall pace was 7:02. I have to start paying attention to the roads better because i was almost hit by a car and it would have been my fault. Let me tell you that it scared me really bad. I know that God and His angels were watching over me because i should have been hit. Anyway, Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)

Where did you run today?

From Barry on Fri, Oct 09, 2009 at 14:18:56 from 67.61.234.251

Almost the same rout as last week. I ran to Hiline instead or turning by Perkins.

That will work for me... I'm not going to do it. Figured I would save money instead.

Barry, Be careful out there!

Yes, I believe you are here to accomplish God's work by spreading the gospel. And your blog testifies to that my friend.

Hey, I was noticing that your yearly mileage total is getting up there!
