Sorry Barry, I don't feel my running is back to form myself. When you do start running again I would run 3 miles each day for about a week to get your breathing and legs back.

That's alright things happen. We took her to the Children's Clinic and they said to keep her home and there's really nothing they can do. They didn't test her or give her the Camiflu medicine. Their now only giving this to extreme cases like people over 55 or 1 or 2 year olds. They don't want everyone to become immuned to it.
Barry, don't get down on yourself this sickness just hit us all and it ruin my training as well. We have to get through it with God's faith. Right now I'll just run for fitness in the nice cold weather.
I don't think I'm going to risk running the Half Marathon, because I really don't want to fall or something. Why run when you know you can't run your best, or feel the best. I worry about running real fast and knocking my immune system again.
