I had a good run this morning with Kory. I was wanting to run between 7:15 to 7:20 pace and i did that with a 7:15 pace :). Legs felt a little sore, but a lot better than yesterday run. Let me tell you that is a good thing! Well, here is my times per mile and overall pace.

excellent pace Barry, well done great work out, the Half Marathons you have done are these hilly courses flat???

I have to say that learning how to run a marathon is a lot of work. The half marathon courses are usually half with hills and half flat. The marathon i am training for the first half is down hill and the second half has a lot of rolling hills. Speaking of marathon there is a website (Runners World) i found today that helps with training for marathon. Ryan hall teaches about how to train for one. I hope this helps http://www.mastertheshift.com/masters/hall/videos/index.asp?videoID=rh0 . I sure learned a lot from it.
