I decided that i needed to start back running a little more slowly so today i will be running four miles today and then working my way back up. I ran four miles at a 7:21 pace, i am still feeling like i am in the 45 to 55% range. But i am getting better, which is a good thing! Anyway not much planned for today work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Barry we may need you for the Bone Relay.

One of the members on the team may not run it. You might be running the first leg which is all flat (5 miles). I'll let you know.

Here's the legs of the course.

Also the printer cartridges you gave me. None of them fit. They were too big.

Thanks Kory, I would not mind racing the first leg of the race! Also, i will look into another cartridge for your printer.
