I had a great run this morning with Kory! My overall pace was 7:15, which is a PR for time for that mileage. I know that starting out slower really helped me to end strong. Today felt like all my cylinders were clicking and that was awesome! I do have to say that i surprised myself for running so good after running my 1/2 marathon race less than a week ago. Anyway, not much planned for today work and a wedding reception that i am in charge of and maybe a movie. Also, thanks Kory for running with me it was awesome. :)
