Morning: Another day of running seven miles at a 7:15 pace. I have been trying to run speed drills during my run which has been going good i think. I feel more tired toward the end of my run but i think that is good thing. Anyway, not much planned for today, work and an evening run then rest. My goal for this week is 60 miles, with a long run of 15 miles on Friday with Kory. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Evening: Nice relaxing run at a 7:35 pace with a 0.5 incline. Thanks for reading and have a great night.

Thanks. Are you back in school again?

Yeah it's pretty crazy right now! (Which is why I don't get to keep tabs on people's training as well as I would like.) But this May I get to go storm chasing for two weeks and then to Greece for a conference! So if I work hard I get to play hard :)

Sadly I have a year or two left. And I don't really get a summer off, it's all the same... weekend, summer, weekday. Research, research, research! So I am going to enjoy storm chasing and Greece to the fullest!
