Another fun day of running on the treadmill. My pace was 7:29 with a 0.5 incline. Not much planed for
today, work and the spring expo and rest. I am planning on running 12 tomorrow
and need to get some rest and take my wonderful ice bath. I know you are jealous
and would like to take one, but sorry tonight is my night to take one (ha
ha). Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!

Start at the top of Pocatello marathon course the back side of the course. I did not ask you, because i read that you were not going to run this week. I hope that is OK.

Does running with Jesus count? Other than Him, no.

Barry I'll go with you and you can run the 16 miles and I'll run 8 miles. I don't want to run that many miles on my first day back from running.
I'm sure you understand that. If this won't work for you than let me know. I would love to do 16 miles and probably could do it. But I need to be smart and heal this time.

Something to think about. In marathon training, 4 weeks out the most you would do is 20 miles for a long run for a 26 mile race. Since your running a half marathon race you will only need to do 12 miles tomorrow and do some of them at MP or tempo pace.
I won't think you would need to do 16 miles tomorrow since your race is only 13. You've build your endurance up now it's time for a little more intensity miles.
I don't want to steer you away from running 16 miles tomorrow, but really to maintain your fitness now for the race I would only do 12 or 13 miles.

Barry,
According to Tinman a running coach he thinks 8 miles is too much for me. He only suggests 20 minutes of running. Go here and read what I posted.

What did you want to do? I am thinking about running 14 miles.
