Morning: I was tired this morning, i had a hard time getting into my run. My pace was 7:44 with an 0.5 incline. Now i get to take my morning nap and i am very excited because i did not sleep very well last night. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day :). Evening: No running for me tonight, i am just too tired to run! I need to save some energy for tomorrow morning run of 16 miles. Have a great night P.S. I guess i had enough energy to run four miles, so i did and i am glad i did, my average pace was 7:44.
